Custom-fit murals:

We create our murals to each customer's unique wall dimensions and as such, we can't accept any refunds once a mural has been purchased.

Our design team will send you a scale preview image prior to payment, at this point you can make as many changes as you like. Once you have confirmed you're happy and payment has been made, you can't make any alterations to your mural.

We suggest double checking your wall dimensions prior to placing your order and ensuring you are completely happy with your preview image before completing payment! You can also order samples of your chosen design before you proceed to ensure you're happy with your design.

Repeat pattern wallpaper:

If you wish to return your wallpaper roll(s), then the first thing to do is get in touch within 14 days of receiving the product; we can be contacted via phone at +44 151 708 5400 or via email at [email protected] and notify us your intention to return the item.
