Once payment has been received on an order, production begins immediately and for the vast majority of the world, delivery will be made in 3-5 working days from that point.

We will keep you informed during the production process and inform you in the unlikely event that there are delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress by following the full tracking information you will be sent by email. Our orders are shipped via air, using Fedex which offers comprehensive delivery features such as changing dates, allocating safe spaces and leaving your parcel with a neighbour.
