We are super proud of speedy dispatch, covering most of the world in just 3-5 working days from payment to delivery. However, sometimes when producing bespoke goods or shipping internationally, there can be unexpected delays. While very rare, because of this we do recommend that all customers wait until they receive their wallpaper prior to booking a decorator.
Once your wallpaper arrives, please check your wallpaper prior to installation to ensure that everything has arrived as ordered and is in top condition. That way we can fix any unlikely issues before the paper is installed and you have had to call out your decorator.
